Well, you can kill pirates that are in belts as well, to get practice. Also you can do courier missions as well. The problem with that though is that the agent choses when you get a courier mission. I hoped that i helped

If someone has a bounty on thier heads, can they be killed in .5 or above space without the bounty hunter being shot down by concord???
